Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians with consultations, surgeries, and medical procedures (e.g., restraint, blood sampling, X-rays).
• Provide care for hospitalized animals, monitoring their health, diet, and hygiene (including cat and dog wards).
• Handle daily clinic operations, including reception duties, appointment scheduling, dispensing medication, and general clerical work.
• Maintain clinic hygiene and sterilize surgical instruments.
• Answer client inquiries regarding pet care and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements

• Form 5 / DSE graduate or above.
• Passionate about animals, caring, patient, and responsible (This is essential!).
• Good communication skills; fluent in Cantonese, with basic English and Mandarin.
• Relevant experience is preferred (Candidates with no experience but a positive attitude are also welcome; on-the-job training will be provided).
• Willing to work shifts (including weekends and public holidays).
