Service Philosophy

Carrie's goal is simple yet warm: ensuring that every pet feels relaxed and happy during the grooming process, while gaining physical and mental relief through aromatherapy. She believes that grooming is not just about outward appearance, but a crucial moment to build trust and enhance emotional well-being.

As a therapist with dual certifications in grooming and aromatherapy, Carrie can safely select appropriate essential oil blends for pets, avoiding ingredients harmful to cats and dogs. She tailors personalized aromatherapy care plans based on each pet's personality, health condition, and emotional needs.

What is Pet Aromatherapy?

Pet aromatherapy involves the use of safe, gentle, natural plant essential oils to help pets achieve the following goals:

  • Soothe Anxiety & Stress: Especially suitable for pets that are nervous, afraid of water, dislike grooming, or have vet visit anxiety.
  • Improve Skin & Coat Health: Certain essential oils have antibacterial, anti-inflammatory, and coat-shining properties (subject to professional assessment).
  • Support Overall Comfort: When combined with massage techniques, it can promote blood circulation and relax muscles.
  • Enhance the Grooming Experience: Turning grooming from a "task" into a healing SPA session for both body and mind.

⚠️ Safety First

Not all essential oils are safe for pets. Cats, in particular, are highly sensitive to certain ingredients (such as tea tree oil, peppermint oil, etc.), which can lead to toxicity. Carrie holds professional aromatherapy certifications and will choose safe formulas based on the pet's species, age, health status, and skin sensitivity. Please do not use human essential oils on your pets without professional guidance.
